Reflective Practice & Clinical Supervision
Reflective practice and clinical supervision play an essential role in supporting staff who work with people experiencing multiple disadvantages. They provide a structured space for staff to reflect on their practice, strengthen their skills, and improve the support they offer. With over 25 years of experience delivering these services, we help ensure teams have the support they need to deliver high-quality care.

Organisational Consultation
Our team works with organisations to build resilient approaches to preventing and responding effectively to crises. We also help organisations strengthen their ability to anticipate, adapt to, and respond to long-term trends, challenges, and opportunities. We create bespoke workshops and reflective sessions that support organisations in exploring their culture more deeply. This includes helping teams understand the shared assumptions that shape how people think, act, and respond within their working environment.

Psychological Therapies
At Beheard Care, one of our primary aims is to provide evidence-based therapies for individuals who have experienced homelessness and other forms of disadvantage. We believe mental distress is not something people should simply have to endure, and that, with the right support and interventions, the brain and body have the capacity to heal. By identifying and addressing the barriers that can prevent this natural healing process, we aim to give the people we work with the opportunity to recover, grow, and thrive.

Family & Therapeutic Support
Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges together. It can play an important role in supporting reunification, helping families rebuild trust, and reducing the risk of children entering care where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Sessions can be delivered flexibly in a clinic setting, within the family home, or in children’s homes, ensuring support is accessible and tailored to each family’s circumstances.

In their own words.
Reflections shared by people who have worked with our clinical team.
As a children's home we support very vulnerable children with complex trauma and other related issues. Gabi has been a fantastic support to our children in our home. Gabi has been able to provide insight into their trauma and provided formulations for the children, to support our understanding of their needs and associated behaviours. Gabi's support has been pivotal in the change we have seen in both the team and the childrens behaviours.
Gabi is just a fantastic practitioner; she is knowledgeable, highly skilled at working with groups of people and is genuinely passionate about what she does. When you are working with Gabi, there is a real sense that she cares about the individual, and this is reassuring in her line of work and seems to bring out the best in those she works with. I would definitely recommend her services to someone looking for a competent professional to do individual or team work and deliver training of the highest calibre.
Gabi has worked alongside Hope staff and systemic students to provide Family Therapy to a number of families whose young people are open to our service. The young people open to Hope have very complex emotional, mental health and behavioural difficulties and Gabi has been able to engage the young people and their families and offer them a therapeutic space to help them work through family and relationship difficulties that may be influencing or maintaining the young person's mental health difficulties.
Gabi is an incredible human being. She is extremely trauma informed and approaches everything in a non-judgemental and caring way. She really has helped and supported me and given me many practical skills and tools I never ever knew existed that help me to cope daily. She is such a fantastic listener and also gives the best advice and is so knowledgeable. She is truly one of a kind.
